We use painstakingly selected natural ingredients. Meat exclusively from pigs reared in Lombardy is delivered daily to Salumificio di Franciacorta, and moves on from the boning and trimming department to the area where the fresh products are prepared.

CURING

After stuffing and tying, cured meats are transferred to our small cellars for slow curing in the air of the Franciacorta hills.
