BRESCIANETTO SALAMINO
Ideal for lovers of a very soft, subtly flavoured small salami, very finely ground with a sweet, slightly spicy flavour.
It is made from a selection of the finest Italian pork meats, with special care given to its shape and the small size of just about 250 g.
The short curing process in the cellar lasts at least twentyfive days and allows the salami to be eaten at once, according to modern dietary preferences.
