Franciacorta Salami is an exquisitequalityproduct. The flavourings originate from an old recipe with roots in the traditions of the Franciacorta farmers. Processing is carefully calculated to retain all the meat's characteristics, and the slow curing in the cellar, make this a product for connoisseurs, also thanks to the selection of the best cuts of Italian pork. The use of a natural gut casing completes the details of a special salami, which when cut forms a slice with the lean and fat well distributed to create a perfect mosaic, the result of medium mincing. The limited amounts of flavourings and spices make Franciacorta Salami ideal for all those who like sweet flavours that bring the quality of the meat to the fore.
